You want to explore possible solutions to class issues in real life, here is an original way to do it. Ask people to gather in small groups and decide for a problem (eg : how do I deal with strong personalities in group work ?) Then gather everyone, and ask each group to mimic the scene (no speaking allowed). Ask the audience to guess what the issue was.

Then get each group to work on a way to solve the problem and mimic the result once again. This time one of them can comment the scene. See the video below, it works out pretty well !
